How to recover crash logs on Windows 10 (and 11)

If you have a crash and nothing on the crashdumps folder, that's the solution!

In case of a crash, we recommend that you first go to the crashdumps folder.

Sometimes it can be empty, if that's the case, you can use Event viewer to find the crash logs:

1. Type Event viewer in the Windows search box

2. Click on the arrow to the left of Windows logs

3. Then choose System (the third option)

4. In the middle there's all the events, you should see one named Error

5. Right click on it => copy => copy the details in text format

6. Finally, you can paste the information into the notepad and send it to us
