Log file

If you run into an issue and would like to report to our team, please send the log file before re-launching the game, this allows to keep the most pertinent information about the error on the log.

The log file is generated in Documents, simply follow the path below:

Logs : Documents > Tribute Games > TMNT

 

Crashdumps

If a crash occurs, the game does not generate a specific file directly, so you can find it here:

Crashdumps : C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps --> TMNT.exe

 

Save file

There are situations where we may ask you for a copy of your save file

Saves will be recoverable via steam only.

Here's the path to get them:

Steam saves : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\{USERID}\1361510\remote

 

DxDiag (System Specs)

- Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to access the "Run" window

- On the Run window, type in dxdiag.exe and press enter. this will open up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Click on the "Save All Information" tab on the diagnostic tool

- A "Save As..." window will pop up where you can click on save. It will save your hardware information as a document to your desktop (default).

- Close the diagnostic tool and attach the new document to your report.
